Everyday Makeup 2017

Today I thought I would show you what makeup I have been using everyday, I have been sticking to the same kinda makeup recently. One eyeshadow blended all over the lid, lots of highlight and a peachy lip. so here’s what I’ve been using…dscn4424

I’ll start with my base…

The Mac Face&Body foundation has became my favourite foundation! It’s lightweight, has a dewy finish and makes your skin look really healthy. I apply this with a foundation buffing brush, to really work it into the skin. The more you work this foundation the thicker it becomes, I occasionally put an extra layer on problem areas, it’s very sheer and never looks cakey or unnatural. For concealer the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer, I don’t think another concealer will stop me from using this anytime soon. It’s lightweight but has amazing coverage that never creases on me, and hides all my blemishes. I use this under my eyes and on any redness. For bronzer/contour I use the hola bronzer. It has just the perfect mix between warm and cool tones. I don’t contour heavily on an everyday basis, but I do like to make my cheek bones look a little more defined. Everyday I don’t always use blush, and so far this year I really haven’t been using it. So straight on to highlight. First I use the benefit Watt’s Up highlighter as a base for my powder highlighter. Then I also use the Urban Decay Afterglow highlighter in the shade SIN. Both beautiful champagne highlighters that give a stunning glow.

I tend to use the Urban Decay Naked Skin concealer as an eyeshadow primer, it keeps my eyeshadow from creasing all day. The eyeshadow palette that I’m in love with is the Too Faced Bon Bons palette. The shade MOLASSES CHIP is the shade I have been using everyday. I just take a Mac 217 brush and put it all over my lid and blend into the crease . For my lashes I always curl them before mascara, at the moment my go to mascara is the L’Oréal Volume Million Lashes mascara. It gives great volume with no clumps and the lash curl stays all day. My must have for eyebrows is the Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil. Really easy to use, I just fill in the missing brow hairs and blend with the brush on the other side. I then set then with brow gel, but to be honest that changes every single day.

For lips my favourite at the moment is the Kylie Jenner Matte Liquid Lipstick in DIRTY PEACH. A really easy shade to wear, but an extra bit of colour than a nude lipstick. Finally the last step I do is use the Urban Decay All Nighter makeup setting spray. This makes my makeup (particularly my highlight) look more vibrant and powders look more like skin and dewy. Of course the important part is that it helps my makeup last all day.

I’ve wanted to try out the face and body for ages to see if it’s comparable to the MUFE one. Sounds amazing, definitely going to give it a try now! Loved reading this xoxo my latest post ♡

I love Hoola Bronzer for the exact same reason, its perfect for the days when your not going full contour but still want some definition.
I really want to get the UD Sin Highlighter, but every time I go looking for it it is sold out 🙁
