Today I wanted to review the Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define concealer, this has had a lot of hype and has even been compared to the much loved Tarte Shape Tape concealer. I really like the packaging it looks sleek with metallic rose gold, not over the top but doesn’t look like a drugstore concealer. This concealer only cost me £4 from Superdrug! this is actually a great price for drugstore and to be honest I think it’s just as good as high-end concealers. It comes in 18 shades with warm, neutral and cool undertones.
The formula is lightweight for under the eyes but has high coverage, it can easily cover blemishes and dark circles. It doesn’t crease or accentuate pores, with a matte finish that still looks skin-like. After a 12 hr day there is only a tiny amount of creasing under the eyes, but pretty impressive for £4! Like the Tarte Shape Tape, the concealer has a large doe foot applicator making it fast and easy to apply and perfect to apply right under your eyes or to use as contour. Also, this concealer does not oxidise, which is hard to find in a drugstore concealer. Overall this is the best drugstore concealer I have found, not only is it lightweight but has amazing coverage with a skin-like matte finish, if you want highend quality but at a drugstore price this concealer is for you.
