Summer Skincare Line Up

Hi

Today I’m going to share my favourite skin care products this summer, it’s not an updated skin care routine but just a few products that I have always been using and loving throughout the summer.

First is my new favourite cleanser at the moment, the Kiehl’s Calendula Deep Cleansing Foaming Face Wash. This is an amazing gentle cleanser that is for normal-to-oily skin, I use this just at night to make sure there is no traces of dirt and makeup still on my face from the day. Even though it is a foaming face wash which sometimes means it can be drying and leave your skin feeling tight. This one doesn’t, my skin feels soft and fresh and I haven’t so far seen any signs of my skin being irritated when using it. You only need one pump of the product to do your whole face.

The next product is the Clarisonic Mia 2 but more the brush head, I found that the sensitive brush head that the Mia 2 comes with left my skin red, feeling sore and raw. I was only using my hand to wash my face and I noticed that my face didn’t feel as clean. So I got the Clarisonic satin precision contour brush head. This is unbelievably soft and very gentle on the skin. This hasn’t irritated my skin at all and the small size means I can get really into the places I feel need cleaned the most. I use this about three times a week.

The Pixi Glow Tonic is a cult favourite that I love! at first I didn’t really see what was so good about it, then the first night I used it in the moring my skin was glowing and looked very healthy. Ever since using it my pores have shrunk and my skin over all tone is a lot more even, this has also helped with some acne scarring. I use this moring and night to keep my skin glowing, this I find is great for when you have a bit of dry skin as it exfoliates  the dead skin away leaving your skin super soft.
