Sunday Pamper Routine

A pamper routine is essential for a busy modern life, meetings and classes and stress! So, every Sunday I make sure to have a routine in place to forget about my stresses and pamper myself. I have to say I’m all about skincare, so a pamper routine for me is mostly based around skincare…

A weekly essential for me is a clay mask, I have oily skin and a clay mask helps unblock my pores and help get rid of breakouts. The L’oreal Pure Clay Blemish Control Mask is a quick fix for problem skin. I just apply it all over my face and leave it for around 10 minutes (usually about 15 minutes) and then I take it off, I really love how this face mask is super easy to take off and doesn’t make my skin red or irritated in the process.  A sheet mask is always next on my list, this helps hydrate my skin and calm redness. The Kocostar Sliced Sheet Masks are my favourite. You get two sheets that both have six round slices you can put on your face where you need it. I don’t always use the six slices so I save some for another day. After around 15 minutes I take them off and massage the leftover serum into my skin.  After a shower, I always love to use a body butter. Soap&Glory Smoothe Star body butter is the most delicious smelling body butter. I apply this and focus on my elbows and knees. Then I like to use a very gradual tanner. The Hylamide Glow Booster serum is my go-to. If you have very pale skin like me this is perfect because I often find self-tan makes me turn orange, this doesn’t.  I apply this sometimes mixed into my body butter or just on its own. You can even use it mixed into your facial moisturizer and no self-tanner disasters will occur (just remember to wash your hands after using it!)
