I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally use this palette! Tarte’s Tartelette In Bloom palette has been at the top of my list (it’s a long list…let me tell you) of products to try. Every time I have seen a tutorial with this palette the looks always turn out beautiful. So, as you may have guessed today I’m going to be reviewing the Tartelette In Bloom palette…
I’ll jump straight into it, the palette comes with twelve shadows three shimmers and nine mattes. The eyeshadows are infused with Amazonian clay, they are super blendable, creamy, pigmented and buildable. Each row can be used as one eye look making it easy if you have no idea where to start, but all these shadows go amazingly together. None of the shadows are patchy or chalking and apply smoothly on the lid. The palette also comes with a large mirror making it perfect for on the go.
(top row, left-right)
Charmer– a matte off-white, Jetsetter– matte taupe with warm undertones, Rocker– taupe shimmer, Smokeshow– a matte black/brown.
(middle row left-right)
Flower Child– a matte peach nude, Smarty Pants– a matte tan, Firecracker– a metallic bronze, Activist– a matte deep brown.
(last row left-right)
Funny Girl– a metallic champagne, Sweetheart– a matte peach, Rebel– Chestnut brown, Leader– aubergine (dark purple).
All of the shades are super pigmented and the shimmer shades are very metallic with an almost foil-like finish. If you love neutral palettes you will love this one, even though I have a lot of neutral palettes I find myself reaching for this one. All the shades are wearable from day to night and blending is almost effortless, you really can’t go wrong!
