What’s In My Makeup Bag #3

Hi

I’m back with another What’s In My Makeup Bag posts, I have been enjoying doing these posts as they really encourage me to use some of the makeup in my collection, that I wouldn’t normally use. So here’s what I wore this week…

Too Faced Bon Bon palette I have not used this palette in such a long time, I found it in my eyeshadow drawer and thought I would give it a go. I have to say I have been really loving the shades especially Molasses, which is a gold/bronze shade I have been wearing it all over my lid every day. I have also been using the shade Earl Grey which is a navy colour that is great for a smokey eye.

Mac Prep+Prime BB SPF 50- I have fair skin and often find that BB creams are too dark or oxidise. But the Mac Prep+Prime BB is the perfect shade and has an amazing SPF 50. The only thing is because of my oily skin I need to use a mattifying primer.

Benefit Hoola Bronzer- An old favourite but a good one. I have been using the Charlotte Tilbury Bronze&Glow religiously since getting it, but I decided to go back to the Hoola bronzer. I forgot how much I loved this bronzer with the perfect mix of warm and cool tones. Easy to blend and great for contouring.

Mac Melba blush- Mac Melba blush was my first ever Mac blush I have rebought this blush twice, but recently I stopped using it because I was trying other things. This is the perfect peachy blush shade that literally goes with every makeup look. When I can’t decide what blush to use or I just want a natural flush, I choose this blush.

Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops- I think highlighting is an essential part of a makeup routine. So, of course, I had to pick a blinding highlighter. The Cover FX Enhancer Drops in the shade Moonlight is just stunning and can be used sheer or full on molten metal.

Topshop Magic Liner- If you struggle to do eyeliner like me, you need the Topshop magic liner. It has a felt tip nib making it super easy to achieve a perfect (well…almost) wing. I have been using this most days to create a tiny wing.

Max Factor Masterpiece Max Mascara- I wanted to try something different for mascara as I always go for the same ones all the time. I really liked the Masterpiece mascara as it defines the lashes and adds volume, perfect and not too much for everyday wear.

Benefit Goof Proof pencil & Ready Set Brow!- Benefit, in my opinion, have some of the best brow products. The Goof Proof Brow Pencil creates a soft eyebrow that is super easy to use, you really can’t over do it with this pencil. The Ready Set Brow! is like super glue for your eyebrows I love this as my brows do not move all day and I can get that fluffy eyebrow look I always go for.

Kylie Liquid Lipstick in Dirty Peach- A peachy shade that is great for everyday, easy to wear and lasts. Not too drying and a wearable shade that isn’t too dark. And it smells pretty good too.
